No. The audit is CRM-agnostic — we work with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Monday, or your current setup. If the audit reveals that your CRM genuinely isn't fit for purpose, we'll say so and give you the options, but we never force a migration.
Read-only access to your CRM (deal, activity, and contact data), a 60-minute kick-off call with your sales lead, and availability for 3–5 short interviews with your reps. We handle the rest. If your CRM data is particularly messy, we may also request a sample CSV export for validation.
Your choice. Many clients take the prioritised action list and implement internally. Others engage us to execute the fixes — typically CRM clean-up, stage redesign, dashboard build, or a 60–90 day Sales Enablement & RevOps Support programme. Either way, you own the report and the recommendations in full.
