Stav leads Global Collaborations UK Ltd with over 40 years of experience in driving growth across multiple industries. His strategic leadership focuses on sales optimisation, corporate partnerships, and market expansion.
Stav is also passionate about supporting international businesses in scaling and optimising operations through AI-integrated solutions, allowing for smoother transitions and measurable success.

In July 2024, Stav was appointed Vice-Chair of the Institute of Directors (IoD) for Lincolnshire and Rutland, where he plays a key role in strengthening member engagement and expanding the organisation's presence within the region
